Overview

We are seeking a Director, Image Program to lead Kindthread’s national group business: designing, scaling, and optimizing a high-impact, enterprise-level program that delivers exceptional experiences for caregivers and the health systems that support them. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Stores & Image Program, this critical role drives the strategic growth, operational excellence, and client-centric service that define Kindthread’s purpose to make hard days easier for the caregivers we serve.

As a key member of the retail leadership team, this role champions a spirited, empathetic, and engaged approach to leadership - ensuring our clients, partners, and internal teams experience the very best of Kindthread at every touchpoint. This leader brings rigorous discipline to forecasting, performance management, and process design, paired with vigilant attention to risk, quality, and long-term strategic fit.

The Director, Image Program inspires a high-performing team across sales, client success, implementation, and program operations - cultivating a culture grounded in accountability, empowerment, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is instrumental in delivering scalable growth, strengthening national partnerships, and elevating the end-to-end experience for group clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve a high-growth, client-obsessed Image Program strategy that delivers exceptional group experiences, strengthens retention, and unlocks long-term revenue growth.
  • Architect and execute a multi-year program roadmap spanning market expansion, operational scalability, product and service innovation, and technology enhancements.
  • Drive enterprise revenue performance with a rigorous approach to forecasting, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and long-range planning.
  • Build and oversee a high-performing national sales and client success organization - fostering an engaged, spirited, and values-driven culture that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure large-scale partnerships with IDNs, GPOs, and regional health systems, bringing both empathy and strategic discipline to every relationship.
  • Ensure vigilant oversight of program operations - strengthening workflows, onboarding, microsite experiences, service delivery, and issue resolution through cross-functional partnership with Merchandising, Operations, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Technology.
  • Create and maintain transparent performance dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that drive accountability and surface actionable insights across the organization.
  • Use analytics, market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies, shape new offerings, and accelerate growth.
  • Elevate the customer experience by designing solutions that reflect a deep understanding of healthcare workers’ needs and a commitment to empathetic service.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor leaders across sales, implementation, and client success - building succession plans and accelerating career paths across a diverse, inspired team.
  • Represent the Image Program internally and externally with spirited leadership - serving as a subject-matter expert at executive meetings, conferences, industry events, and strategic business reviews.
  • Evaluate the impact of key initiatives, adjusting strategies with vigilance and agility to ensure sustainable, long-term results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience across commercial, sales, or strategic program organizations — ideally within healthcare, apparel/uniform programs, or multi-site B2B environments.
  • A spirited, values-driven leader who brings executive presence, empathy, and influence on every interaction, from front-line teams to C-suite partners.
  • Proven ability to define vision, create strategy, and translate insights into scalable execution with rigor and accountability.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation in complex, fast-paced organizations with vigilant attention to operational risk and quality.
  • Deep expertise in sales leadership, enterprise account management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to turn data into action, opportunity, and meaningful business outcomes.
  • A builder of inclusive, high-performing teams who leads through coaching, empowerment, and engaged collaboration.
  • Naturally curious, open to feedback, and energized by innovation — constantly seeking ways to improve the client, caregiver, and internal team experience.
  • Willingness to travel and maintain flexible availability to support national clients and a dynamic commercial organization.

Compensation
